Kitchen hood fire suppression, start to finish

Cooking fires start fast and spread through the hood and ductwork. We install, inspect, service and clean the systems that stop them, so your kitchen passes inspection and stays open.

Opening a new restaurant? We install fire suppression systems on new kitchen hoods and handle the testing and sign-off.

Fire alarm & monitoring

Fire alarms that detect early and call for help

A fire alarm system is your building's early warning. We design, install, test and service the panel, the detectors and the notification devices, and connect them to monitoring so every alarm reaches someone who can respond.

Inspection coming up? We test every device, fix what fails and hand you the report your fire marshal and insurer ask for.

How a project runs

From first drawing to final test

Our engineers, project managers and field technicians work as one team. The same people who plan your system are accountable for how it goes in and how it performs.

STEP 1

Pre-installation meeting

We review the drawings and special materials with you and set the schedule.

STEP 2

Material delivery

Pipe and components arrive at an agreed staging area for storage and inspection.

STEP 3

Layout

Heads, valves, gauges, alarms, hangers, mains and branch lines are marked out.

STEP 4

Installation

Experienced sprinkler fitters install the system with quality and safety first.

STEP 5

Completion

Hydrostatic testing, as-built drawings and final inspection with the authorities.

Systems we design and install

The right system for what you're protecting

A heated office, a freezer warehouse and a server room each need a different answer. Choose a system to see how it works and where it fits.

Service & inspection

A system only protects you if it works on the day it's needed

Our inspection programs are built around national fire codes, manufacturer requirements and your insurer. Every visit ends with a written report that tells you what we found, what needs attention and what can wait.

We inspect new and existing systems, including ones we didn't install.

Who we are

Engineers, project managers and fitters on one team

PrimeTime Fire Protection handles all phases of fire protection: pre-planning, engineering, installation, testing, inspection, repair and maintenance.

Because design and field work happen in-house, the system on the drawing is the system that goes in. We balance code requirements, insurance requirements, environmental and operational concerns, and your budget, and we explain the trade-offs plainly.

We also serve national accounts that need consistent fire protection across multiple sites.
